Creative Movement is a holistic dance class accessible to movers of all levels! Influenced by modern dance, yoga, and somatic practices, we build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Choreographic phrases are explored throughout class, emphasizing students' process and self-expression. We use our surroundings to investigate space, instinct, teamwork, and creative play. This play can be tailored to fit adults or children.
