Arlington Garden event rental structure. All events are for 2 hour reservation:

Wildflower: 1-12 people $750 + $150 deposit ($900)

Sage: 13-20 people $1,250 + $250 deposit ($1,500)

Sycamore: 21-30 people $1,750 + $250 deposit ($2,000)

Oak: 31-40 people $2,250 + $250 deposit ($2,500)

Max guests: 40 . Any time in excess of 2 hours is billed at $250 per 15 minutes. Deposits are refundable following the booking, provided all guidelines are followed.

Your reservation includes....two hours reserved in a specific garden room of your choice; a day-of event photo permit; and permission to use any existing garden furniture in the area reserved.

To preserve the integrity of this neighborhood garden, please keep in mind that microceremony bookings are intentionally low-impact with the following guidelines:

1. -Additional furniture is limited to rental chairs appropriate to your number of reserved guests, as well as one or two small tables, table linens, etc.
2. -Disruptive decorations are never permitted (example confetti and glitter, items hanging from trees, tents, open flame, etc)
3. -A single acoustic musician or amplified sound is permitted but must be kept to a volume appropriate for our residential setting.
4. -These are ceremony only bookings. No catering or meals allowed.
5. -All decor, rental furniture, equipment and trash must be removed at the end of your two hour reservation.
