At the heart of the garden stands an extraordinary avocado tree believed to be over 100 years old, likely originating from the historic avocado groves of Rancho La Brea. Its expansive canopy provides shade year round and produces abundant seasonal avocados. Suspended from its branches is a wrought iron chandelier and strands of twinkle lights that illuminate the garden in the evenings. Surrounding the tree are mature fruit trees including loquat, orange, cherimoya, fig, banana, sweet lime, Meyer lemon, and kumquat, along with herbs, flowers, and a variety of plants and succulents that give the space its lush character. We are a private garden and studio in the heart of LA designed for intimate gatherings, creative experiences, and beautifully hosted events. Created as a place for creativity, connection, and intimate moments, the garden hosts events such as paint nights, creative workshops, relaxed gatherings, and private celebrations. The atmosphere is warm, tranquil, and thoughtfully styled, creating an inviting garden setting. Centrally located between Hollywood, Downtown LA, Culver City, and the Westside, the space is also just minutes from landmarks including LACMA, the La Brea Tar Pits, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, and The Grove. In addition to the outdoor garden, the property includes a beauty and creative studio used for photoshoots, beauty sessions, and small creative classes.
